Instructions

Stop the service and reset the data

sudo systemctl stop elysd
cp $HOME/.elysd/data/priv_validator_state.json $HOME/.elysd/priv_validator_state.json.backup
elysd tendermint unsafe-reset-all --home $HOME/.elysd --keep-addr-book

Get and configure the state sync information
